The runes are not comprehensive enough

I like to main Mord and it does not feel like I can utilize any of the resolve tree keystones. I need to be able to aa people reliably all the time- which is ridiculous. So does this just mean that I can't play mord as a tank now or what?

Also I used to play an effective jungle with mord and his clear time is 20% slower and 20% less health from a full clear. All the runes are pvp based and not effective for clearing objectives and the jungle.

Except for towers. They barely even exist now.

The problem is not what they are the problem is the power shuffle. None of them worked s7 either. However, my Runes could cover that gap. Now the power is all in this one system. If I want the bonus health to start the game, I need the Resolve tree. But all the keystones suck on me. I always went the burn on the offensive tree because of the DoT of his ult. Now what?

Morde wants AP. So going Resolve secondary makes sense anyways.

Glacial sounds like it might work on him, and he does build gunblade. You could then go resolve as secondary for even more hp than if you had taken it for primary. I'm no Morde player though, I don't even play him but that sounds alright on paper.

You know they are identical to previous Season right? One for AA One for Stun and one for support... what tree you would take on a tank mord in s7?

how about fleet foot work, i know over all it isnt verry strong but i know morde has dificulties sticking to people so you can use it to hold onto people go triumph, legend:tenacity, and coupe de grace and then for the secondary tree go conditioning into unflinching. or you could go glacial augment, perfect timing, slightly magical footware, approach velocity, and two minor runes from resolve based on your match up and your playstyle. going inspiration will not only give you a stat/gold adavantage it also gives morde some utility he may have been lacking and inspiration gives you bonus healing from potion and more health since you'd go resolve second and though you do loose out on some of the temporary defense that aftershock gives or the sustain from grasp you win out in early base stats since you'll start with a bonus 200+ hp and also be able to out sustain grasps early with a currupting pot. also morde is capable of using all three of the items stopwatch builds into and a gargoyles on morde may be horrifying.

we need at least one more tree (Something like Persistence for Skirmishers) and a choice to kinda dip in the base stats for both trees.

For example, like Primary Resolve + Secondary Precision grants 100HP and 7% ATS.
