Ranked Matchmaking

I know,every player has gotten into a game that he has "lower" skilled teammates but that's ok .The problem is that its gotten a bit worse cause been silver 2 and having unranked players in the team that don't have an idea of what they'r doing is a bit harsh for players.I suggest riot to take a look at this cause its getting a bit annoying and really hard to climb divs.
