R - Last Breath DEEP BREATHING Bonus Armor Penetration now only applies to Yasuo’s critical strikes

In my opinion, this has to be the most satisfying change to a non-Yasuo player. It keeps the whole design of the skill the same, but makes:

1. Him less annoying to deal with early
2. Full Tank Yasuo no longer as viable (claps)

Riot games I really don't like a lot of champions, Yasuo included, but it is changes like these that make me feel happy to be playing the game.
