I believe ARAM can be more balanced if you make dodging penalties more severe.

I believe people dodge most in ARAM. They either get a champion they don't like or a team comp they don't think is going to win, so they just dodge and wait 5 minutes or hop on another account. For the people who do get lucky and get a good champion/team comp, it sucks when they are like "oh yes! we're going to own". Then you go to start picking your masteries and boom its just gone. Please don't delete my post again because I am talking about gameplay and balance. Thank you.
