Skarner

since im reading about people complaining about him just rework his rework before the cyrtasls on teh map that give you a buff. i was fine how he used to be in fact i was doing really really well in season 4 and 5 with him, but they reworked him ill never know why now they are making him worse then he was becuase the crytsals are in such a spot that it really doesnt help you . S5 skarner was where its at he was balamnced and fine, i used to carry as him nonstop but not anymore.
