AFKers and Promos. Does Riot hate us all?

Let me start out by saying that during season 3 and season 4, I climbed from bronze division to G5 without being demoted more than once each season. It seems like this offseason, however, Riot did something to the matchmaking system to severely screw with people on 3 game streaks or more. I have been bouncing between Silver 4 and Silver 2 for the last 4 months in the same repeating process. I climb from 4 to 2 with the occasional weak performance in my promos, and then I just start getting matched with people who rage quit early or people who just don't connect. I also learned that every time I play with a Twitch, he leaves. The last 5 times I have had a Twitch on my team, 2 never connected, 1 quit because he had to leave, 1 quit after giving up a double kill before 3 minutes, and the last just ran around the jungle purposefully not trying to farm and kept saying things like "moving ward op". However, this seems to be exaggerated once I get to promos. Roughly 80% of the time, I will get an AFKer in one of my 3 promos matches. It honestly feels like, in an attempt to create more adversity for a climbing player, Riot matches you with people who have had Tribunal troubles in the past. Anyone have any insight or opinion on this matter?
