Picks and Bans Troll Buster

Don't you hate when you're in a ranked game grinding through promos and someone that is on tilt decides that they are going to troll? I'm here to propose the idea of a vote to kick system in ranked. There has been multiple times that I and other have had to dodge games because of tilted player threatening to feed. Its like losing the game before you step foot on the Rift. I feel it should be like the /ff command that requires a 4-1 vote to go through. This would cut back on dodged games as while as angry summoners that lose promos do to a tilted player. Something like this needs to be put in to ranked because as of right now trolls have to much power in picks and bans. This is how we nerf the trolls.
