My plea to Riot: Revert the buff on Karthus's Ult, and buff the W please!

Ever since Season 8 hit, Karthus has been struggling to deal with all the current changes, and while Riot buffed the Ult to compensate, that really isn't helping him at all especially because of League of Stopwatch. I'd rather trade in that ult buff to have the W buffed instead, so that I can have my early game ability to duel back. In a way, Karthus sorta got the same treatment as sejuani (Direct nerf, then nerfs to items that made her OP, so she was even worse) with the loss of both DFT, the gutting of Rylali's, and the loss of MPen runes. (yes, MR runes were removed too, but early MPen was still useful to Karthus!)

Look, landing Q's nowadays are hard enough with everyone having some sort of dash or mobility, but I can barely hit players who don't even have those things even if I've got boots, there needs to be something done so that I can start hitting my Q's again. Please riot, Karthus would be a lot better if he had a W buff instead of the ult buff we got.
