i feel we are currently in an age where certain junglers that should be viable just aren't, and i think blasting smite will help bring them back. The smaller creeps are fairly weak enough (except maybe the wolves) that blasting smite shouldn't make clears TOO Fast for the ones already good. Or maybe tune it to where they don't kill any small creeps but make them weak enough to be 1 shot by melee?
