How to request features? Windows clients/game itself need different app titles

When using two sound cards, like a usb sound card for my headset, I like to keep player chat sound routed to my headset, and game sounds routed to my mobo sound which has a nice surround setup on it.

Windows cant seem to tell the difference between the client and the game program, so i keep having to set the client to my USB sound card because windows cant seem to tell the difference between the two named "League of Legends" apps.
