Is this the return?

So, with the manager buff to jungle item, the easier Bami buy, and the greater non mionion buff on it does this mean the return of Jungle Poppy? Plus, she got her own buff. Please Riot, I really hope it is because I love that so much, I love Poppy, she and nasus are my favorite champs. I seriously hope that is what this means, so be aware it's coming and please do something to make sure it doesn't become the new OP and just ruin poppy for me.
