(Interaction) Necessary Kassadin Change

Hey, Riot. Now that Archangels doesn't start giving significant AP until you reach full stacks, can you change Kassadin's netherblade to cost 1 mana so that it can produce tear stacks? Without it, it takes Kassadin a really long time to hit Seraphs. It didn't matter very much before, but now it matters a lot. Thanks!
