If Phase run could have proc on three none unique spell/auto attacks it would be much better....

Remember how old thunder-lord could proc on 1 spell that could hit multiple times like MF E?

What if phase run proc'ed like that? It would make the keystone useful cause currently the only way to proc it is to go all in. And its not very appealing to mages either.
