Context on BotRK nerf?

The issue I could see with it is that it's interaction with some champions who just want to auto was a lot stronger than on other champions Cough Vayne Cough

So your solution was to nerf it to weaken the champs that worked well with it and make it garbage on champions who bought it situationally?

I also know some people justify the nerf with how giant slayer amplifies botrk damage. However, that's only against targets with higher hp, which really hurts auto attack based bruisers who will have higher HP than carries and close to if not higher hp than enemy bruisers/tanks (Shyvana, Nocturne, Aatrox, Yi depending on how you build). Overall it hurts devourer junglers who used this item a lot.

What I'm basically saying is: Fuck Vayne, nerf that broken unbalanced and unhealthy disgusting champion into the ground but leave my devourer junglers alone.

Speaking of Vayne, WHY DID YOU MAKE HER DEAL EVEN MORE TRUE DAMAGE? That doesn't solidify her identity as a tank buster and not an assassin, it just strengthens both. I think you guys changed her true damage the wrong way, it was supposed to be -2% not +2% amirite?
