Funneling

Can you guys pls nerf or do something about yi and taric? It literally ruined my game. I can't do anything about them. Yi farms jg and comes to mid and farm again. If he alphas taric will stun us for sure. Can you guys pls do something about yi and taric or other funneling comps pls.
