strange happenings on a game with zed.

check my last game, I played a bot zed game to show my brother his skin and noticed several strange things.

1. randomly my q would have an extra 30 ish magic damage on hit and
2. hitting enemies with my skills were speeding me up as if I'd auto'd with the phage I had so I can only assume zed's q and e proc on hit effects is this intended? it doesn't say it anywhere in his kit and if it does that makes bork even better on him than I thought before and death's dance a bit worse if his skills lifesteal anyway.
