So with TF being a fully dedicated AD item now, where the Hybrid items at yo?

Riot has previously suggested that hybrids should be able to just pick the AD and AP items that they need, but that doesn't seem to work so well as the items have no synergy with one another. Hybrids have different kind of needs than AD/AP champions, and the fact that most hybrids are played not as hybrids but as champs with an AD and AP build, that tells me hybrid itemization is super lacking.

Things hybrid users are definitely missing are scalar items, and penetration geared toward them.
