My fix for Gold Funneling.

Just wanted to throw out an idea and get some feedback. This isn't 100% set in stone, just the general idea. Could you create a debuff during the first 10-15 minutes of the game to where if you kill a jungle camp, you don't get any gold/EXP for X amount of time after killing said camp? Then mid laners can't start a camp and walk into lane and just start farming due to the debuff. As a jungler, I don't farm much if any lane minions early into the game. Yes, I push out waves sometimes to help my laners but that's after doing a camp, walking to the lane, preparing/executing the gank, THEN I push the lane out. That can take anywhere between 30-45 seconds and we don't even usually take the gold, we just help push it and let the laners last hit. I think this will solve the issue though. May I get your thoughts as junglers/players? Hoping someone from Riot can see this.

So youre telling me as jungler if my laner dies and minoins are crashing into tower and i go and catch that wave i should get no gold/exp???

That's a good point and something that would need to be worked around. I honestly think Riot should make it so Smite can only be selected by junglers in champ select. If you role swap you can trade your smite to them kind of like swapping champions with each other. "Do you agree to give up jungle?" Hit yes, the person you're trading can now select smite and you choose the other summoner spells. I think that could also fix the problem.
