How to make League fun again

Hello people.

Here's a solution on how to make it funner to play. Make a new sort of PBE that you give to players all from bronze/casual to lcs pros, that also is a client that receives updates before PBE. Let about 1-5% of the player base balance the game. So start by bringing everything down to barely usable, and buff upwards from there. And you make them comment on every item and champion update/nerf, buff. Ask for feedback after every match that has to be at least 25 characters long. Read it (maybe not all, cause that would be impossible). Nerf buff etc. Then publish it to PBE get feedback there from and after balancing again, publish it. Promise it will be more fun to play. And it will make the community happier.

And I'll ask am I crazy? For thinking it's a good idea.
