@Meddler Anything on Karthus by chance?

So I've been gone for the equivalent of an average Work Week (went down to St Louis area for the eclipse :P ), so I haven't really checked up on much of anything for my main man Karthus. That being said, when I did check the list of threads for the week, I didn't really see anything besides people clamoring to get him perma-banned on ARURF since Sona and Ryze are no longer on that list (lol), and a couple of other things he was mentioned with.

Anywho, before I digress any further, I was curious if there was anything that was going to happen for him at any point during either Pre-Season or early Next season. I heard mention that when Runes Remastered comes out, All base champions will be getting new base stats, so for Karthus, what would that look like for him? I also was wondering if there were any plans to work on any of his abilities since while he seems to be a bit of a discussion point regarding his relation between Solo-Q, LCS, and even the RGMQ. (people view him as weak normally, cept in the RGMQ where he's complained about, or straight up nerfed/permabanned, and Riot doesn't want him in LCS really.)

I suppose I should also ask about one of his core items; Deathcap. Will it be getting any buffs next season? It is really expensive and has never really warranted an early buy at all unless you are SUPER fed. Even if I'm getting it as a last item, it always feels like I'm just sitting on gold I can't use if I want that late-game spike.
