I know remake is new but...

Can we please please please add a feature to where you can remake at 5 min if a player is either: toxic, forgot smite, or is intentionally feeding, and give US the ability to select whom? I just lost 17 LP in ranked because our jungler afk'd in champ select once he picked and we spammed chat for him to take smite, but he was afk and never saw it. Our top laner took blue, and he flamed him the entire game over it, started feeding the top lane enemy, and never came to any other lane b/c our top laner took his blue. He even tried to get the enemy team to report the top laner. I feel that it really doesn't do the 4 of us justice to only see him punished, as we lost LP and it negatively affected our MMR. So can we please please please add that to remake options, or at least give it a thought?
