HIDDEN CHAMPIONS

Why hasn't there been equipment created to detect invisible champions, give the equipment a cool-down. What i do not get is, there isn't an item available in ranked either that helps, other that the wards and Oracle lens, which last not long enough. But theirs a potion in Aram of all the places, that allows you to see visible champions for a duration of time. Why cant their be something for summers rift?

Twitch, Evelyn, Shaco, Rengar, Kha' Zix all these guys, are very annoying, they can easily jump in and jump out of battle without a harm. I know its their abilities, but we have 6 slots for equipment, maybe use that slot up for something that could potentially help aid against them, as they get away with murder. Also be good item for supports. Help them aid their team mates not just with wards, but detect a hidden champion before their team mate has been killed.
