graves, quinne op

I'm not to sure. they're definitely really strong, and perhaps too strong. but too strong is not the same as OP. Scarner for that first bit after his rework was OP. mordekaiser for a long time was OP. graves, might be OP, but quinn certainly isn't.

The new Quinn sucks compared to the old one and the new Graves is just too overwhelming. If you had played the S5 Quinn properly then you would notice how weak it is now.

Quinn.. op? It seems like you havent fought a good quinn before the rework. old Quinn has assassination, this quinn relies heavily on her Q and her passive procs. She gave up a lot of damage in exchange of mobility, Quinn is not op.
