@meddler I want your thoughts on some less popular/efficient champions.

Has long been considered "dead" for a reason I cannot fathom why, thoughts? Same deal here. I just... never see her. Seems a lot less optimal than other marksmen, also very rare. Same as Sivir.

All these champions really seem to be neither effective of popular recently... What are your thoughts?

I understand that a lot of people focus of who is strong, and there for oppressive and overbearing in current meta, but every champion should stand a chance in battle.
