Can't Click Ingame only move mouse around

So I had set up League of Legends on my Desktop back home and I am running a remote desktop to my chromebook which should control all the stuff on my desktop but yet Ingame i cannont click anything. I would like some assistance from riot incase anyone else would like to create a mobile desktop setup.

The desktop is running windows 10-64 bit and both connections have over 100mbps connection. After fiddling with the settings for a while I was able to click and use it but I thought that was the end of it, next time i tried it didn't work again. 'Chrome Remote Desktop' is the extension I am using for it, could someone at riot do some testing and figure out what is wrong that I can do to get it up and running? Also I have changed it to administrative mode and changed the compatibility back and forth with windows 7 & 8 and turned that all off as well. This is a clean install of League of Legends and there shouldn't be these kinds of issues right? I also tried to play league on it before I left and it did the same thing not over Remote Desktop.
