MMR, LP Gains

Hey, I've been having some lp gains/loss issues in the past couple of weeks. After playing for 5 years, I've never had it and I really thought that I fully understood the process. I hit rock hard this season by being stuck for a week+ in Diamond 5 losing more than winning. Got the yellow message that informed me I was losing more than winning and am being shielded from demotion. Since then I had the score of a like 20-3 (W/L) started tryharding, but my LP gains seems to be bugged. In D5 i was getting 15-16 lp. I won 100% of the games since that message in D5 and got d4 where i got 14 lp at max. 13-14 are my gains and as I wasn't losing much, not sure what the loss of LP will be. Lost twice on 13/14 LP in D4 to 0 LP then went on winning streak and I just lost 20 lp now. Thought it would reset, and I will keep getting normal amounts of LP since then but just got 13 LP for win.

Also, as far as I know op.gg's mmr is pretty accurate (at least it always been to me) and it shows 2200 while my games are at around ~2080ish 2090ish. Does that yellow triangle had something to do with messing up my mmr? Maybe it's bugged? Or I just have to win more. Also for context, i wasn't hardstuck full season, I dropped from d2 100LP and were hovering around d2/3/4.
