MS Quints replacement?

Ok first off I love the idea of the new runes and masteries, but I do have one concern. What is going to happen to champions like who all HEAVILY utilize MS quints? is nearly unplayable without them IMO. I personally like using MS quints on and too. It's just a small concern of mine, but i do hope that it's addressed since it affects a bunch of champions and playstyles.
