After playing against Zoe many times, here is my opinion

She's disgustingly annoying.

Her kit is practically SPAM SPAM SPAM. If you go against a player who KNOWS what they're doing with this champion, dear god is she a nightmare. I just don't know what are the right words to describe this champion, she's just completely broken.

She's that kind of champion where you've "seen things" that you dont want to remember when you see her again on the enemy team side. It takes a good player to abuse this monstrosity of a champion. To spam her ult everywhere, her bubble out of nowhere, and her Q being mysteriously out of your screen and then pop right back into your face.

I just... GOD CERTAINTLYT WHY WHY WHY

shes garbage, easy to dodge skill shots and no reliable damage or escape either, basically as bad a nidalee who belongs in the dumpster with her 45% win rate.

I have never seen this champion win games.

Shes very hit or miss yet can hit incredibly hard. Extremely high scaling for low cost is not what I call "balanced". Her winrate however tells me that she quickly becomes irrelevant as the game goes on and if focused correctly. Just another lopsided cancer hero that will probably get her numbers nuked and not critically examined by Riot as to why shes the way she is.
