Best ADC's and Junglers right now? Got 4800 ip who to buy?

So I moved to jinx since lucian isnt as good as he was and uh jinx is really nice but is there anyone thats more fun and better ? I have jhin but hes picked a lot and idk if hes even that good. Should I stick with Jinx? Anyone better? And i have wukong for jungle if thats good or should I pick Vi or something? Note : im looking for nice fun champions that I can climb with
