IS MATCHMAKING REALLY "RANDOM" - BECAUSE WHAT ARE THE CHANCES OF THIS

Just played a Solo/Duo Ranked Matchmaking game and I can't help but wonder if Riot knew they were putting my team at a disadvantage

Here are the facts. If you want to skip all the relevant but admittedly petty details, skip to #6 as it's the ultimate case in my point.

1. I signed up as Mid/Top
2. Got autofill Support -ok no worries, no big deal, it's my turn I get it
3. Well it turns out my ADC (vayne) was also Autofilled, he said he never played ADC, unfortunately he didn't say this until after 10 minutes into game -it's ok though because we smashed their bot lane early and the game is looking pretty good
4. We get turret and look to team up only to find that their top lane Irelia smashed our shen, and our mid lane SHACO is basically nonexistant and their Leblanc is pretty big
5. We end up slowly losing with basically no chance even though their ADC ended 3/16 it didn't really matter because the rest of their team was so superior to the rest of my team -for example THREE of their players had 300+ CS with Irelia the highest at 375 CS, and we only had TWO with 200+ CS with 241 being our highest (vayne)

AND BOOM THE NEXUS BLOWS UP and so I look at the previous matches of their players and our players to make sense of what I just witnessed. Most of it made sense, Shaco had a massive losing streak, Leblanc was some kind of smurf with very few games played, and the rest was pretty normal, except....

6. THEIR BOT LANE WAS A FUCKING DUO. Nautilus and Jhin had many previous matches together in their match history

SO RIOT... LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT. I DONT EVEN CARE ABOUT THE NONSENSE SHACO MID GETTING SHIT STOMPED BY A SMURF LEBLANC, shit happens.

BUT YOU'RE TELLING ME THAT AUTOFILLING (in case you skipped #3 above, i was autofill support and our adc was autofill adc) AN ENTIRE BOTLANE OF SOLOQUEUE PLAYERS and pitting them against players who are a duo bot lane mains is somehow RANDOM??
