Being shut out of roles by pre-made groups of players

Hi,

Recently more than ever I've been queuing up for 5- 10 minutes in EU West just to then have my chosen role (which is support) taken from me by a pre-made. I see this happen often to other players as well, and more often than not these pre-made players become toxic when asked for a change or anything of that nature. I don't feel it's really all that fair that I can have my auto-fill protected to then have mine and other players roles be "guaranteed" just for some other player to stroll in that more often than not either has very little experience in the role or has never played it before.

I've no idea if this is common place in the game but I personally find it very frustrating. Would love some feedback on this.
