Ekko Is Broken

He has been, twice, and he is easy af to defeat.

Get better? Learn what he does maybe? I mean really all his kit does is KS his own team and gimp them, so he is a pretty crappy selection.

When he first came out, I did think he was OP af, but as I played him more and went against him with different champs (I remember when every game you played had an Ekko in it), he was really easily countered. I think the champions Ekko is the worst against are those with decent mobility. He's exceptionally bad against LeBlanc and Fizz---I shat all over every single Ekko as LB. Ekko is fairly mana hungry early game and doesn't have much abilities that help with escaping, other than his ult and e. His Q is his main form of harass but it uses quite a bit of mana early on and is easily dodged. His stun can be played around, especially since most Ekkos for some reason don't actually walk into the dome and he's melee which is fairly easy to abuse.
