Please Disable new Champions/Reworks in ranked

It takes away a ban from either team, and if you let it through its a guaranteed win/loss when it happens. 2 scenarios happen with this being available:

  1. A teammate picks it, and has never played the champion before so they ruin the game
  2. A teammate picks it, and due to how strong the champion is its a free no fun win

I dont really see a downside to disabling new champions at least in ranked, and in some instances new reworks too. It just makes it unhealthy where people can simply get free wins/unfair losses when a new champion comes out just because they have yet to be buffed/nerfed/not learned well enough yet.

It is preseason flex que. No impact on solo que lp. It doesn't matter much if you win or lose, and later if you are playing flex que with friends and with voice chat you will most likely recover lp. They shouldn't disable the champions because people play them to learn them in a more serious environment for later ranked games. Its hard to learn a champion in normals because people don't play seriously or they play a lot of off meta roles that you won't hardly ever play against in a serious game. Yeah it happens in this flex que as well, but its far less often.

It is flex queue ive seen silvers lane low lp challengers it just doesnt matter
