the vlad problem.

vlad is in a need of a nerf i think we all know it. but what i dont like (I AM A VLAD PLAYER SO I KNOW) vlad is a late game hypercarry. but his early/mid game is really strong ans safe for the late game he has. vlad can kill every squishy adc/mid laners at lvl 6 with 3rd Q ignite ult e w combo. i do it like every game i can. this is not ok for an late game champ.
