Turn off champion health and name bar

I got a spreadsheet of hotkeys and it said to press shift + L to turn of champion health bar and shift +k to turn off champion names but it didn't work, does anyone know how to turn this off as I find it hard to click on enemy champs when we are in a group fight

Try rebinding it to another key.

there should also just be a static setting that you can change in the esc menu
