Red camp site gives more exp than Blue site (why?)
Why would Riot force people to start Red to get 3 lvl after killing 3 camps? I have no idea.

It's a quirk of the krug camp granting more XP due to it requiring longer to clear, but due to the extra travel time required to get between faster to clear camps krug clears still get you to three faster. Riot could remove it by upping the XP penalty for the first clear on that camp, but that would mean that no one would clear it in their initial clear unless intending a full clear.
Honestly, it's not necessarily a bad thing the clear has some advantages. Red side clears leave the jungler open to being counterjungled, offsetting the benefit of the faster lvl3, and the ganks from it are rather predictable and easily warded. It's a nice default clear because of the options it brings immediately after your third camp, but not something you want to do every game.
Clearing Red is far harder and takes far longer than clearing blue.
You have Raptors damage and Krugs replication, as well as more monsters in general.
It offers a higher reward because it's a higher challenge.
Because it's riot's game and not yours.
because dumb balance decisions.
Its krugs.
That's because there is strategy behind it, krugs are both rl slow to clear and positioned behind long walls. The reason is to make the jungler choose to either gank or do sth else or sacrifice time to clear krugs to het the extra xp. If frog had same xp as krugs more people would ignore krugs
I think it's actually because of Krugs giving the most EXP in the game out of all jungle camps aside from those red and blue buffs, making red side great at EXP
Because the jungle camps need to be updated with more xp on blue side, or changed to new creatures, or swapped positions so blue side has the same xp as red side.
