How to play vs Pyke ?
I'm trying to git gud as Caitlyn but this guy just become invisible and grab me from somewhere I can not expect, which leads to my death.

You queue for ranked or draft pick and ban him out. His kit is too overloaded with high damage and since lethality is borderline broken there is nothing to be done about pyke til he gets a nerf or 5

Honestly the best way to counter Pyke is simply not to die. He needs kills to be able to keep up with other supports -- if he doesn't have them he ends up falling behind.

Use your traps inside the lane bushes. They will help you zone out Pyke and even reveal him when steps on them.

Poke him down. Although his HP regen, when he's out of vision, is crazy strong, remember the most important thing: " when he's out of vision ". As Caitlyn, you can easily counter that by following points n° 1 and n° 2 to keep him in your vision range, thus negating his passive HP regen for the most part.

When Pyke charges his Q, he's slowed by 20%. Punish him if he stands in the open and try to charge it in front of your face. It takes 3 sec to fully charge his Q, so you have plenty of time to poke him or catch him off guard for an all in.

His E range is 550 units. Caitlyn's AA range is 650 units. So stay at max range and apply all the previous points. You can use your E (750 units) for an easy counter. But remember: Unlike similar abilities (Rocket Jump, Arcane Shift, etc.) your E has a short channel (rather than a cast time) making it interruptible (source: League wiki).

His R range is 750 unit. Preferably, you wanna keep your E for when you hear the sound that indicates that your in kill range of Pyke's R. Yes, there is a specific sound for that, in game. Learn it and react when you hear it. Don't wait for Pyke to ult you, even though there is a 0.75 sec delay before he lands on you. Just jump away when you hear the sound and you'll be out of execution range.

Use your own R to poke him or delay his back timing. The less items he has, the less effective he is.

Bully his ADC if the Pyke player is really good. Pyke relies on the support of his ADC in lane, early on into the game. He can't kill you alone, since he doesn't have enough items yet. Just Bully his ADC with your range advantage and Pyke will have less opportunities to engage on you, thus negating a lot of his strengths in lane.

Pyke really relies on his adc to do the damage. If you poke down the adc (which makes sense since they don't have the passive Pyke does) then his all in becomes much more dangerous to pull off since you can kill the adc and all of a sudden he is standing in the middle of a 2v1
Ban him he is just broken right now
