Veigar Rebalance

Out of all the matchups and games I've played, never have I gotten so frustrated being matched up against a veigar. There are many champs that have insane damage yasuo or over powered cc cough morg * cough* but all of them generally have a base set of skill involved to play them. Morg has skillshots for her stun, yasuo can easily get shut down and needs precise positioning or good team cooperation to succeed. Veigar needs to make sure his R key is hotkey'd correctly and he wins. It used to be that if someone played veigar you could counter with an ad champ or switch lanes cause he would eventually* get to point he could one shot the mage caster. Now it doesn't matter. He is guaranteed a point and click kill and a overall insane stun during teamfights which makes him I believe the highest damage least amount of skill champion. This type of champ is terrible for a game that promotes esports and competitive ranking. I believe that if his ult was not a simple point and click and was a longer range skillshot with just an either an ap or damage missing ratio he would be a perfectly fine champ. But until then I find that I cannot stand matching up mid lane against him since there is little to no skill that determines who wins that matchup. Nothing to learn or improve, just to lose.
