I was wondering if I need to own a skin to be able to buy its chroma for BE. Ex. I don't have Primetime Draven but right now you can buy the Primetime Draven chromas for 2000 BE each. Buying the 2000 BE chroma won't give me the skin too right, so if I don't have the skin I can't use the chroma?
This ruling is seriously bad, they need to remove it, at lesst let us use the chroma, i mean today i was very excited for Nami Splendid Staff Chroma in missions for 300 tokens, also with an icon, but now i get to know.. that we can't use it once purchased, at least they should let us know that, or we will waste rp or tokens, please riot. Let us use chromas..

I bought Conqueror Alistar golden chroma through the Trails 2019 Shop without having the skin. The skin doesn't show up. So you would need to buy all the skins from the Trails Shop, to be able to use the chromas for them?
