Zed nerfs

I think if riot is going to reduce the damage on his q and his ulti, they should make him be able to do more outplays since he now does less damage. I think giving him the ability to animation cancel again on his q with w is a good change, and it will make him feel more smooth and less clunky. I think they should allow him to do the instant swap back, since it was a big part of zeds kit being able to outplay people like that.
