Suggested Change for Preseason: Primary Pick Priority

Can we increase the priority that the games weighs our Primary pick when queuing up? It's essentially impossible to try and consistently play a champion that can only go Middle and impossible to have Support as your Secondary since it basically means Support Primary. The game should really prioritize giving you your Primary more than currently since it doesn't feel like Primary and Secondary right now, more like "This or this, 50/50 coin flip".
