Runes...the greatest blunder since Bard as he was released

A few things: Runes Reforged does NOT allow for creative (what some people might call cheese) tactics. It forces players to use certain paths that do not allow for, say, all-in tactics when they have a good lane (i.e. full AP blues and quints on the old system to sacrifice all defense and start the game with 50 AP)

Which brings me to... Mages. Pretty much been screwed over because Sudden Impact makes anyone with a dash so broken that champions like Veigar, Anivia, and others pretty much are useless in terms of trading in lane. One dash and it's over. Cough Lee sin, diana, and others.
