Riot I don't know if you are just not paying attention anymore or something but the fact that autofilled people like this are holding more power in champ select than the players trying to abide by your system is absolutely absurd. This is literally making other people dodge and lose lp because its more efficient to lose lp. You cannot report players in champ select so this type of crap happens. Fix your game.
