Random Lag/Dc since recent patch

So my internet constantly has full bars, yet when I play league of legends sometimes there will be really harsh lag spikes wtf is going on???????????? Really tho.... it's costing me ranked games, not that its hard enough to earn points in D5.... what a joke 3 wins 1 loss = 2 LP LOL this game
