One and done items

I would like to just bring up some items which you build and are effectively complete. The rest of the items you buy are simply irrelevant.

Trinity force and bork are the two items in question.

Speel time; "Aren't you tired of (insert adc here) building Bork and crushing the game? How about tanks building only TF as their sole source of damage and wrecking your face? Well, if you call within the next 5 minutes riot won't do crap. But if you and 30k other friends call now, riot will get out of bed to answer the phone"

But in all seriousness if a champion builds bork (gnar) or TF (udyr, Vi, Taric, etc) and builds the rest full tank and wrecks, there might be a problem.

Just something to mull over while you go to sleep.
