LUCIAN needs a buff to his kit or is LUCIAN too far bottom tier

ive been a lucian main for two years and ive noticed that when even lucian gets ahead in lane or in the game he still loses to all other adcs in any matchup idk why but he needs something to his kit like make him good in temfights or 1v1s like vayne because i dont see why a top tier adc from last year just suddenly declined just my opinion, lucian kit is known to be a adc thats uses abilities rather than autos and if thats the case ive been useing builds with item 3078 and build crit later on its seemed fine, but other adcs kit just do well in teamfights or 1v1s later on in the game so whats his identity as adc, is he early game, mid game, or just solid game as well? opinions on what to build or good strats?

Lucian has to build crit to not get outscaled when he should be an ability based adc

Honestly, I think after they got rid of the AS scaling on his ultimate is when he became a balance problem. Used to always build him with Triforce and BORK and just melted people. Now he just doesn't have a niche. He needs another gameplay update because he's either cancer or trash.

Lucian has always been the type of champ that has no middle ground as far as balance goes. He is either really strong or trash-tier, and I'm not sure Riot will be able to fix this issue without changing something fundamental about his kit.

Lucian is fine, other ADCs aren't. We should be nerfing Trist, Twitch, Vayne, MF and Xayah.
