Another champion that can synergize with a cc like Yasuo, but with silence/suppression

I'm basically suggesting if there was room for it in the future, a champion that has an ultimate or other ability that can instantly turn a silence into a suppression and possibly deal damage.

I really like how yasuo has synergy with knock ups and think there should be more mechanics like this in the game.
