Unlocked Champions for Tournament Draft

With this first round of Clash almost done, I feel like there is the need for this to be brought up. Multiple teams outside of Clash commonly use Tournament Draft in custom games through the league client to do Scrims, Games, etc.

Scrims and matches in tournament draft are limited in terms of champions, you can't pick whatever strategically in draft to swap at all. Therefore, you either have to use an off-client program to simulate the draft, which is out of the way and inconvenient. Not only would making unlocked champions benefit competitive teams/leagues, but it would also benefit people who are just trying to get a 5v5 game going with friends and have it somewhat competitive.

TL;DR, Unlock champs in tournament draft for organized games such as Clash.
