Seriously, she feels very clunky now.
I'm not sure if this change to her ult was intended or not,
but this patch ruined this champion for me.
If this change was an intended nerf, then I don't see how her "spammable" E can make up for it as long as it still has the same energy cost.
Fuck this patch.

dear god no. no. no. no. no. no. no. I had to go to both counseling and chemo for many times because of old Akali
New E is great for pushing towers since it both clears waves fast and also can proc lichbane on cooldown, akali previously had shitty lichbane tower pushing. It also makes it easier for her to last hit under tower when behind because of the higher damage and lower cooldown. Sure, it's still not a dueling ability but it does provide something now and isn't completely useless.
