An easy (?) way to carry the game even if someone in your team is missing

Before you address me like a rager I would like to point out that I actually had fun.

So what happened? Nothing more than the usual you can experience playing: afkers/leavers. My match started like a 4vs5, our jungler has been missing for 3/4 minutes and after that I basically got no help from him for all the match. Well, not too bad, since I was doing fine in my botlane, as adc Quinn. Everything was nice, I had some kills and I could actually make the difference, even if we were always 4vs5 in teamfights (Thanks to my support). Until late game i could push and make kills. I got to enemy inhibitor and thought of winning. But then everything got out of hand: 2 of my team were missing, and one of them was fed. So, they were 5, we lost a teamfight and i got like.. 45 seconds of death cooldown. And another missing fellow. 2vs5, just me and the support against their whole team. I died 2 more times while getting 6 kills and the death cooldown punished me so hard they could just destroy every inhibitor, take baron, push into my base and destroy nexus without breaking a sweat.

My idea now is: why don't you reduce people's cooldown by 15% for each missing player in their team? That could help a lot of people to carry their 2/3players-team to victory against someone who could have an easy win.

Did you know that CDR is capped at 40%?

The problem with any kind of in-game compensation like this is it's VERY hard to balance. If it's too little it's worthless, if it's too much it can be advantageous to have a struggling player DC. And it probably benefits some champions and team comps way more than others.
